Have you purchased the product, but you notice that is damaged? Contact us!

If you’re not satisfied with / on goods purchased in Memento online shop you have the right to a complaint within the legal deadline. Form complaint take off here or send us an e-mail with a note COMPLAINTS TO ORDER (Br.narudžbe) on memento.venerem@gmail.com.

In the case of customer complaints we shall return the product within the agreed time. Complaint will be considered valid if the review determines that meets the requirements for a claim under the Law on Obligations and Consumer Protection Act. In this case we will, within 15 days of receipt of a valid complaint to replace the product or return the full amount paid.

However, if we determine that the complaint is not valid, that is, if we refuse the claim, you’ll have to pay the postage in the amount of £ 50 to those goods are re-sent to your home address.
