Memento club allows free replacement!

The right to exchange goods to all customers, but only members of Memento club are entitled to a free replacement of the order, that is, goods can be replaced without the cost of postage (to Memento and back to their home address). For items Outlet Online offers customers not entitled to free replacement of whether registered or not this item is sent at his own expense.

Replacement of goods is possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Replacement are required / on request by e-mail with the content REPLACEMENT: the number of orders within 14 working days of receiving the shipment. In the e-mail you need to explain whether the product change for the same product a different size or color, or for other product we offer. The product then come back to our address within 2 working days of the approved applications. When we determine that the product is returned undamaged and in undamaged original packaging, we will make a replacement. If the goods are not in proper condition (unworn and undamaged original packaging or is damaged), you’ll have to pay the postage in the amount of 50 HRK to those goods are re-sent to your home address. If you change the product for a product of greater value, first you’ll need to pay the difference on our account, and if the lower value we will return the money to your account.

I’m not a member of Memento Club. Am I entitled to a replacement?

You can! Contact our staff to memento.venerem@gmail.com and they will give you instructions for making a payment difference between the two amounts.

Can the product purchased in Memento web shop to replace the second in one of the Memento stores?

If you choose to replace the product for another that is cheaper if I will get back the difference money?
